How long has FeelVenue been in business?
We’re a family-run business with over 5 years of experience in the event rental industry, having served over 2,000 clients across the GTA.
What types of events do you serve?
We cater to a wide range of events including weddings, birthdays, corporate functions, religious gatherings, backyard parties, and seasonal festivals.
Can I visit your location to see products?
Currently, we do not operate a physical showroom. However, all product images, sizes, and details are available on our website. Contact us if you need specific guidance.
Do you offer custom event packages?
Yes. We offer customized rental packages based on your guest count, event type, and space. Contact us directly for a tailored quote.
Shipping & Delivery
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across the Greater Toronto Area, including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Hamilton, Scarborough, Oakville, and nearby cities.
Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery is free for orders over $350. For smaller orders, a delivery fee may apply based on your location.
How soon should I book my event?
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.
Can I choose a specific delivery time?
We’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred time. Once your booking is confirmed, our team will contact you to schedule delivery and setup.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Interac e-Transfer, and credit/debit card payments through our secure Shopify checkout
Is a deposit required?
For large or custom bookings, a deposit may be required. We’ll notify you during the booking process if this applies to your order.
Are there any extra charges for COD?
No, there are no additional charges for choosing Cash on Delivery.
